Scopul proiectului: Explorarea capacitãţii exozomilor derivaţi de la neutrofilele supuse netozei de a modula tranziţia fibroblastului cardiac la miofibroblast în fibroza cardiacã; investigarea mecanismelor responsabile şi a markerilor specifici pentru identificarea miofibroblaştilor cardiaci

Obiectivul 1: Descifrarea in vitro a rolului exozomilor derivați din neutrofile care suferă NEToză în tranziția fibroblastelor cardiace la miofibroblaste și explorarea mecanismelor potențiale implicate

Obiectivul 2: Demonstrarea in vivo a contribuției exozomilor derivați din neutrofile care suferă NEToză la tranziția fibroblastelor către miofibroblaste prin transferul de microARN
